Doped Fe-Cr-Black Pigment with Infrared Reflect and Heat Insulation Function

摘要: 采用高温煅烧法制备出了具有反射红外线功能的掺杂铁铬黑颜料,并对其对红外线的反射性能、隔热性能和结构进行了表征和研究。煅烧温度对颜料的隔热性能有影响,在1 100℃烧制得到的掺杂铁铬黑隔热颜料对近红外光的反射效果较好,具有较好的隔热性能。Abstract: In this study, the doped Fe-Cr-Black pigment with infrared reflect function was preparad through high temperature calcination. The infrared reflect property, the heat insulation property and the structure of the pigment were characterized. The calcine temperature has effect on the heat insulation property of the pigment. The doped Fe-Cr-Black pigment with heat insulation function has better near-infrared reflect property and better heat insulation property when it calcined at 1100℃.
