Effect of Rutile on Usability and Deposited Metal’s Mechanical Properties of 1Cr-0.5Mo Alloy System Electrode

摘要: 研究了金红石对1Cr-0.5Mo合金系焊条工艺性能和熔敷金属力学性能的影响。结果表明,金红石对该合金系焊条的工艺性能和熔敷金属力学性能均有较大的影响。随着药皮中金红石加入量的增加,焊条工艺性能得到改善,熔敷金属的强度增加,-20℃夏比冲击功降低。Abstract: The effect of rutile on the technological performance of 1Cr-0.5Mo alloy system electrode and the mechanical properties of the deposited metal were investigated. Results indicated that the content of rutile had a significant influence on the electrode's technological performance and deposited metal's mechanical properties. With the increase of the rutile content in coating flux, the electrode's technological performance improved, deposited metal's strength increased, Sharpy V-notch impact energy at-20℃ decreased.
