Simulation of Distribution of the Surface Radial Magnetic Flux Density of Magnet Ring

摘要: 利用AutoCAD软件构建四极磁环的三维模型,采用Ansoft Maxwell软件的有限元分析法对各向异性粘结钕铁硼(NdFeB)四极环状磁体表面径向磁通密度分布进行数值模拟。研究了各向异性粘结NdFeB永磁材料的剩磁Br和矫顽力Hcb及环状磁体的高度、厚度和内外径,对环状磁体表面径向磁通密度与磁特性的影响。结果表明,环状磁体表面径向磁通密度与NdFeB材料的矫顽力Hcb及磁体的厚度密切相关,而NdFeB材料的剩磁Br及磁体的高度对其影响较小。Abstract: A 3D model of quadrupole magnetic ring constructed by AutoCAD is proposed to improve design and R&D efficiency of quadrupole magnetic ring for automobile micromotor. Finite element analysis method by Ansoft Maxwell is employed to conduct numerical simulation of distribution of the surface radial magnetic flux density of anisotropic bonded NdFeB quadrupole magnet ring. The influences of remanence Br, coercive force Hcband the height, thickness and inner and outer diameters of magnet rings of anisotropic bonded NdFeB on the magnetic flux density and magnetic properties are investigated.Results show that the surface radial magnetic flux density of magnet rings is significantly affected by the coercive force Hcbof NdFeB and the thickness of the magnet rings, while slightly affected by remanence Brand the height of the magnet rings.
