Effect of Microstructure of Al-Zn-Mg-T4 Aluminum Plate on Exfoliation Corrosion Resistance

摘要: 采用剥落腐蚀、金相和SEM-EBSD方法研究了Al-Zn-Mg合金T4板材的基体组织与剥落腐蚀性能的关联性。研究结果表明,Al-Zn-Mg合金的剥落腐蚀裂纹主要沿晶界扩展,抗剥落腐蚀深度与Al-Zn-Mg合金T4板材基体组织中的亚结构组态有关,亚结构所占比例小的板材,其抗剥落腐蚀性能优于亚结构所占比例大的。

Abstract: EXCO, metallography and SEM-EBSD were applied to research relevance between matrix structure and exfoliation corrosion resistance of Al-Zn-Mg alloy T4 plates. The result shows that the EXCO crackings mainly extend along the grain boundaries, and the corrosion depth is related to substructure configuration in the microstructure of Al-Zn-Mg alloy T4 plates.The EXCO resistance of plate with lower proportion of substructure is better than that of plate with higher proportion of substructure.-
