Research on Safety Treatment Technology of Waste Acid Produced by Synthesizing NG/TEGDN Multi-nitro Ester Propellant

摘要: 研究采用稀释后热分解法处理硝化甘油/二缩三乙二醇二硝酸酯(NG/TEGDN)混合硝酸酯合成过程中产生的废酸的工艺参数。研究表明:处理后废酸是较理想的稀释介质,处理后废酸/处理前废酸流量比为2.5~3.0、处理温度为150~180℃、真空度为0.02~0.04 MPa、流量为1.8~2.0 L/min时,废酸处理效果较好,处理后废酸中酯含量<0.5%,能稳定达标排放,且不影响安全和连续化生产。Abstract: The technological parameters of dealing with waste acid produced by synthesizing nitroglycerine/triethylene glycol dinitrate (NG/TEGDN) multi-nitro ester propellant by means of thermal decomposition after dilution were investigated.Results showed that the treated waste acid was an ideal dilution medium, and the optimal choice of flow ratio of treated waste acid/waste acids afeer and before treatment was 2.5~3.0, the treatment temperature 150~180℃, the vacuum degree 0.02~0.04 MPa, and the waste acid flow 1.8~2.0 L/min. The ester content of treated waste acid by this method was less than 0.5%. Therefore, the treated waste acid could be stable up-to-standard and be discharged, and the safe uninterrupted producing wouldn't be disturbed.
