Research on Hydrogen Induced Cracking Mechanism of Ferritic Steel in Welding Process Based on I1 Fracture Criterion

摘要: 基于I1断裂准则,提出了铁素体型钢焊接氢致开裂机制,即材料内部局部氢气压、焊接内应力、外载荷作用叠加形成的应力第一不变量I1值达到材料的断裂强度Ib时发生开裂。两种材料的焊接充氢拉伸试验验证了氢致开裂机制。Abstract: Based on I1 fracture criterion, hydrogen induced cracking mechanism of ferritic steel in welding process is proposed.Material begins to fracture when first stress invariant I1 taken shape by hydrogen pressure, interior stress and applied load reaches fracture strength Ib. The hydrogen induced cracking mechanism was verified by hydrogen charging tensile test of two materials.
