Experimental Study on Fracture Toughness of P 280 GH Used in Main Steam Line

摘要: 主蒸汽管道材料的断裂韧性J-R曲线是LBB技术应用的必要设计输入。采用ASTM E1820—2015a断裂韧性测试标准的单试样法,对主蒸汽管道P 280 GH材料样品进行了断裂韧性试验研究。试验结果表明,主蒸汽管道P 280 GH材料韧性较好,采用单试样法获得有效的J-R曲线成功率较低。通过界值曲线分析方法,采用有效的下包络J-R曲线参数构造BAC曲线,分析结果显示,所有应力坐标点均位于BAC曲线的下方,满足LBB分析要求。Abstract: The fracture toughness J-R curve of the main steam pipe material is the necessary design input in LBB application.The fracture toughness of P 280 GH used in main steam line was studied by fracture toughness test according to ASTM E1820-2015 a. The results indicated that the toughness of P 280 GH material was good, and the success rate to obtain effective J-R curve was low by the single sample method. Bounding analysis curve (BAC) was constructed by using effective envelope J-R curve parameters.Resultsshowed that all points representing stresses were located under the BAC, meeting the requirements of LBB application.
