Variation of Elastic Strain and Plastic Strain in the Course of Low Cycle Fatigue Action for 10CrNiMo Structural Steel

摘要: 采用系列光滑圆形横截面试样,在6级逐级递增的不同轴向恒应变范围(0.6%~2.0%)控制下,研究了10CrNiMo结构钢在低周疲劳过程中弹性应变和塑性应变的变化规律。结果表明,随着总应变范围ΔεT的增加,弹性应变范围Δεe近似以自然对数规律缓慢增加,其在总应变范围所占的比例按照负的幂指数规律逐渐下降;塑性应变范围Δεp以直线规律快速增加,其在总应变中的比例按照一元二次多项式规律逐渐增加。当ΔεT小于1.5%时,Δεe起主导作用;当ΔεT增加至1.5%时,Δεe和Δεp所占比例基本相当,共同起主导作用;当ΔεT大于1.5%时,Δεe增加缓慢,Δεp快速增加并起主导作用,控制着低周疲劳的整个过程。

Abstract: Variation of elastic strain and plastic strain of 10 CrNiMo structural steel in the course of low cycle fatigue action were studied under six series of different axial strain range from 0.6% to 2.0% by taking smooth rounded cross-section specimens. The results indicated that elastic strain range Δεe increases slightly approximately by the rule of natural logarithm and its ratio in total strain range drops gradually by power rule with a negative exponent; plastic strain range Δεp aggrandizes linearly and its ratio in total strain range increases by quadratic polynomial rule with the enhancement of total strain range ΔεT; when ΔεT is less than 1.5%, Δεe is dominant; when ΔεT is equal to 1.5%, proportions of Δεe and Δεp are similar and both are dominant; when ΔεT is more than 1.5%, Δεe increases slowly and Δεp augments at a high speed and is a dominant factor to control the whole process of low cycle fatigue.-
