Effect of Process Parameters on Adhesive Strength of Chloride Butyl

摘要: 研究了氯丁橡胶胶粘剂刷涂量、晾干时间、温度、湿度等工艺参数对其粘接性能的影响。结果表明, 温度湿度分别为20℃和50%时, 氯丁橡胶胶粘剂的刷涂量存在最佳用量范围 (0.70 kg/m2~0.85 kg/m2) ;相同温湿度条件下, 适当延长氯丁橡胶胶粘剂的晾干时间, 有助于增强其粘接强度;在温湿度为20℃~40℃、50%~80%范围内, 氯丁橡胶胶粘剂的粘接强度随着温度的升高而降低, 随着湿度的增加而降低, 且粘接强度均大于2 MPa。Abstract: The influences of brushing amount and drying time of chloride butyl adhesive on its adhesive strength were discussed. The results showed that when the temperature was 20 ℃ and the humidity 50%, the best range of brushing amount of chloride butyl adhesive was 0.70~0.85 kg/m2; When the temperature and the humidity were certain, to prolong the drying time properly was good for the adhesive strength; When the temperature was within 20 ℃~40 ℃ and the humidity within 50%~80%, the adhesive strength decreased with the rising of temperature and humidity but was still above 2 MPa.
