Study on Analysis Method of da/dN-ΔK Curves Based on Probability Statistics Theory

摘要: 通过对高强钢(10Ni5CrMoV)裂纹扩展速率试验结果中da/dN和ΔK两列数据进行对数插值,利用概率统计理论建立p-da/dN-ΔK曲线分析方法——da/dN-ΔK成组法,并与a-N统计法作了对比研究,结果表明:在有效ΔK范围内的任一可靠度p下,da/dN-ΔK法得到的p-da/dN值均比a-N法得到的p-da/dN值大,当ΔK为最大值100 MPa·m0.5时,da/dN-ΔK法得到的p0.99-da/dN值比a-N法得到的p0.99-da/dN值约大25%;da/dN-ΔK法获得的p-da/dN-ΔK曲线与实际试验结果中da/dN、ΔK分布符合较好,是一种获得材料p-da/dN-ΔK曲线的有效方法。

Abstract: Through the logarithmic interpolation performed on the data of da/dN and ΔK from the results of crack growth rate test with high strength steel, a p-da/dN-ΔK curve analysis method(da/dN-ΔK method) based on probability statistics theory was established. Compared with the a-N method, it is found that under any reliability p within the effective range of ΔK, the p-da/dN value obtained by da/dN-ΔK method is higher than that obtained by a-N method. When ΔK is the maximum value of 100 MPa·m0.5, the p0.99-da/dN value obtained by da/dN-ΔK method is about 25% higher than that obtained by a-N method. The p-da/dN-ΔK curves obtained by da/dN-ΔK method coincide well with the distribution of da/dN and ΔK in the actual test, which means da/dN-ΔK method is an effective way to obtain the p-da/dN-ΔK curves of materials.
