The Solidification Simulation of Zn-Al Alloy with the Consideration of Gravitational Segregation

  • 摘要: 建立了固液两相流凝固模型,用PHOENICS软件在三维柱坐标系中建模,用有限差分法离散,模拟了高铝锌合金凝固时的比重偏析。计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,表明该凝固模型能较好地模拟比重偏析现象。
    Abstract: The two-phase flow model of the solidification is established and the equations are differentiated and computed in 3-D cylindrical-polar coordination system by PHOENICS to simulate the gravitational segregation of the Zn-Al alloy. lt is manifested that the computed results are well in agreement with the experiments indicating the model can be used to simulate the gravitational segregation during the solidification.
