Cu-Cr-Zr合金时效后显微硬度和导电率的研究

摘要: 研究了Cu-0.3Cr-0.15Zr-0.05Mg合金时效温度、时效时间和时效前变形量对导电率和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,合金920℃固溶后在450℃时效可以获得较高的硬度,在600℃时效可以获得较高的导电率;时效前冷变形可以加速第二相的析出,大幅度提高合金的导电率,合金固溶并60 %形变后在500℃时效0.5h导电率可达72.02%IACS,而固溶后直接时效仅为51.79%IACS。Abstract: The effects of aging and cold deforming on micro hardness and electrical conductivity of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy are studied in this paper. The results show that for the alloy solution treated at 920℃ for 1 hour,the higher micro hardness can be obtained when aged at 450℃ and the higher conductivity can be obtained when aged at 600℃ and cold deforming before aging is beneficial to improvement of the conductivity for it will accelerate the precipitation of the secondary phase of the alloy.Compared with 51.79%IACS as aged at 500℃ for 0.5h, the conductivity of the alloy 60% deformed reaches 72.02%IACS with the same aging treatment.
