Abstract: The contact fatigue P-S-N curve of a kind of super-hard stainless steel is determined, and the parameter C and m in the formula of N=CS^-m is estimated. The relationship between test stress S and life span N under different failure probabilities (1%, 5%, 10%, 50%) is obtained, which provide basis for the application of the material and the relative product design.
