超声冲击改善高强钢焊接接头残余应力的数值模拟分析

FEM Analysis of Residual Stress Induced by Ultrasonic Impact Treatment in Welded Jionts of High Strength Steel

  • 摘要: 通过将数值模拟技术应用于超声冲击工艺的研究,合理处理超声冲击加载方式和接触条件,建立了超声冲击工艺有限元分析模型,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。研究结果表明,10Ni5CrMoV钢焊趾部位存在高达660MPa的残余拉应力,超声冲击技术能够改善其残余应力分布,在焊趾部位形成超过400MPa的残余压应力。

     

    Abstract: Finite element numerical simulation was applied in the research of ultrasonic impact treatment.With selection of proper loadcase class and contact condiction,a modle of ultrasonic impact treatment was established.The calculation results are in agreement with the experiment results.The results show that tensile residual stresses in the welds of 10Ni5CrMoV steel(Rp0.2 ≥ 785MPa) is 660MPa,ultrasonic impact treatment has significant effects on the residual stress and introduces compressive redidual stress in the welded joints.
