The Effect of Packing Coefficient and Isocyanante Index on Mechanical Properties of Rigid Polyurethane Foams

  • 摘要: 研究了填充系数、异氰酸酯指数和模具温度对恒定密度为350 kg/m3全水发泡硬质聚氨酯泡沫力学性能的影响。结果表明,压缩强度随各变量数值的增加均呈现上升的趋势,而弯曲强度表现出了不同的变化趋势。填充系数由2.0增大到3.0时,平均泡孔直径由188μm减小为151μm。
    Abstract: The effect of packing coefficient E,isocyanante index and temperature on mechanical properties of water blown rigid polyurethane foams with constant density about 350 kg/m3 have been investigated.It is shown that compressive strength increases with the increase of packing coefficient E,isocyanante index and temperature,while bending strength shows different trends with different variables.Scanning electron microscope (SEM) has been used to observe the foams cellular microstructures,whose result indicates that the average cell diameter decreases from 188 μm to 151μm with the packing coefficient E increasing from 2 to 3.
