CaO-SiO₂-CaF₂三元含氟焊接渣系熔点计算模型

摘要: 测量了30组不同组成的CaO-SiO₂-CaF₂三元含氟渣系的熔点,对19组有效数据进行分析,研究了CaO、SiO₂和CaF₂三种物质对该渣系熔点的影响规律,结果表明,该渣系熔点与其成分之间的回归方程为:Y=397.796X₁-393.211X₂-423.507X₃-4.817X₁²+3.045X₂²-2.658X₃²-9.969X₁/X₂-23.773X₂/X₃+15334.695X₃/X₁+6 031.319。X₁为CaO的质量分数,X₂为SiO₂的质量分数,X₃为CaF₂的质量分数。

Abstract: Slag melting points of 30 kinds of CaO-SiO₂-CaF₂ slag systems with different compositions were measured.The effective data of 20 groups were analyzed, and the effects of contents of CaO, SiO₂ and CaF₂ on the melting point were researched.The regression equation between melting point and the composition of slag was built as follows:Y=397.796X₁-393.211X₂-423.507X₃-4.817X₁²+3.045X₂²-2.658X₃²-9.969X₁/X₂-23.773X₂/X₃+15334.695X₃/X₁+6 031.319。In the equation, X₁, X₂ and X₃ represent the mass fractions of CaO, SiO₂ and CaF₂, respectively.
