Research on Temper Brittleness of 12CrNi5MoV Steel

  • 摘要: 研究了系列温度回火处理的12CrNi5MoV锻钢的夏比冲击试验,并采用扫描电镜对冲击断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明,12CrNi5MoV锻钢存在两个回火脆温度,分别为400℃和570℃。与原始调质态相比,400℃回火和570℃回火分别使-20℃冲击功下降了52%和47%。
    Abstract: The impact toughness of 12 CrNi5MoV steel tempered at a series of temperatures was studied by charpy impact test at different temperatures. The SEM was used to observe the impact fracture morphology. The results showed that temper brittleness of 12CrNi5MoV steel has appeared after being tempered at 400 ℃ and 570 ℃. The charpy impact energies of-20 ℃ of the steel tempered at 400 ℃ and 570 ℃ were reduced by 52% and 47% respectively compared with that of the quenched and tempered steel.
