Application of Structural Steel and Corrosion Prevention Technology in China

摘要: 桥梁作为重要的基础设施在国民经济发展中发挥着极为关键的作用。在过去的几十年中,一方面,钢铁材料及其制造技术的不断进步为我国桥梁工程的发展提供了强劲的推动力,极大地促进了桥梁创新技术的发展。另一方面,钢结构的腐蚀失效是影响桥梁稳定性和耐久性的重要因素,发展有效的钢结构腐蚀防护技术对保障桥梁的安全服役具有极其重要的意义。作者总结了我国桥梁用结构钢的研究进展及工程应用情况,重点介绍了钢结构桥梁的腐蚀防护措施及应用现状,并展望了桥梁用结构钢及防腐蚀技术未来的发展方向,对促进我国桥梁用钢的研发、应用及其防腐蚀技术的发展具有一定的参考价值。Abstract: As an important infrastructure, the bridge plays a key role in the national economic development. In the past few decades, on the one hand, the continuous development of the steel material and manufacturing technology has provided a strong impetus for the development of the bridge engineering in China. On the other hand, the corrosion failure of the steel structure is a significant factor influencing the stability and durability of the bridge. Therefore, it is of great importance to develop effective corrosion protection technology for steel structures. Here are summarized the research progress and engineering application of bridge structural steel in China, introduced the corrosion protection measures and application of steel structure bridge, and discussed the future development direction of bridge structural steel and corrosion prevention technology. The research result can provide references for the promoting of the research and application of bridge steel and the development of corrosion prevention technology.
