Abstract
In this paper, the influence of heating temperature and heating times on the microstructure and properties of titanium alloy was investigated by testing and analyzing the microstructure and properties of titanium alloy plates which were heated with different heating parameters. The results manifest that the σb and σ0.2 of the alloy will increase and the δ5 will decrease with the increase of heating temperature,and the σb of the alloy will increase and the σ0.2 and δ5 will decrease with the increase of heat times of the flame forming. The reduction is due to the appearance of the brittle layer and the growth of the coarse grains.
