Fabrication and Properties of Acrylate/Carbon Nanotube Conductive Coatings

  • A series of acrylate/carbon nanotube conductive coatings are fabricated of carbon nanotube which is coated with some surfactant such as octadecanol,oleic aclid and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and treaed with ultrasonic.The properties of the coatings including conductivity,hardness and toughess of the coat film are investigated.The results indicate that the coatings have good adhesive,proper hardness and toughness with conductive resistance about 1×103Ω.
