Failure Analysis of A Gasification Boiler

For the leakage of a gasification boiler which runs for less than two years,comprehenisve analyses including chemical analysis,metallography analysis,SEM,corrosion product X-ray diffraction,and EDS analysis were made on the part of leakage.The results show that failure of the boiler is due to corrosion of sulferation at high temperature,thus some advices were put forward in this paper.
