  • This article is focused on the relation between characteristics of the dispersed phase and properties of the alumina dispersion strengthened copper(ADSC) alloys.The ADSC alloys with different content of alumina were investigated.For the ADSC alloys with low and medium content of alumina,the alumina particles have a uniform size and dispersed well.Copper alloys with low content of alumina have better plastic performance than the alloys with medium content.For the ADSC alloys with high content of alumina,the alumina particle size has a wide distribution,and the processing performance is poor.
