Determination of Titanium in Low Density Niobium Alloy by Ammonium Ferric Sulfate Titration

  • The ammonium ferric sulfate mothod for the determination of titanium in the low density niobium alloy was established based on the experiment and analysis on the interference elements and the reagent contents.The titanium content in the sample was calculated according to the volume of titration solution.According to this method, the recovery rate of titanium was between 98.48% to 102.19% and the relative standard deviation was 0.37%.
