  • The ferritic bands in the welds of heat-resistant steels were eliminated by reducing annealing parameters, carbon sequestrating, and promoting the average phase transition point A1 to optimize the weld properties of heat-resistant steel. The test results show that lowering the annealing temperature can effectively eliminate the ferrite band, reducing the annealing time can refine the ferrite band grain; Introducing strong carbonization forming elements can eliminate the ferrite band, but has complicated impact on weld strength and toughness; Promoting the temperature of the phase transition point A1 can inhibit the generation of ferrite bands and improve the mechanical properties of the weld.
