  • High chromium cast iron based welding layer with WC particles was prepared by high frequency induction heating technology, and the hardness, microstructure and phase of the welding layer were characterized. Wear test was carried out by rotary abrasive wear tester. The results show that the main phases are γ-Fe,(Cr,Fe)7(C,B)3, WC and W2C, and that when WC content is 30%, the welding layer has the best wear resistance.
