Research on Heat Treatment Process for Tensile Property Recovery of Cold-Forming 10CrNi5MoV Steel

  • Different heat treatment parameters are used in the performance recovery of 10CrNi5MoV steel. The changes of tensile properties and microstructures before and after the heat treatment are contrasted. The results show that the tensile properties of cold-forming 10CrNi5MoV steel change significantly due to the Bauschinger effect. The tensile yield strength of the compression side decreases while that of the tension side increases. When cold-forming 10CrNi5MoV steel is treated at 250-620 ℃, the heating temperature has a significant effect on the recovery degree of the tensile properties, while the holding time and heating rate have no obvious effect. The microstructures and grain sizes before and after the heat treatment change little, and the dislocation density decrease.
