  • The ability of 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonate(HEDP) to derust and descale is investigated and the effects of several corrosion inhibitors are compared through corrosion test and mass loss calculation.The result shows that HEDP and low concentration HF are well in coordiance to form a complex pickle and IS-129 imidazoline performs a proper inhibitor for HEDP pickling.
