Preparation of Nanometer Zn Powder by Plasma Method

  • The nanometer Zn powder with average diameter 30~45nm is prepared by plasma method and the influence of the plasma technology on the output and diameter of the powder is investigated. The results reveal that the output will increase as the increase of electric current and gas cycling speed while working pressure has less impact on the output. The average diameter of the powder particle will reduce as the increase of the electric current, gas cycling speed and working pressure.
