Study on Structure Design and Manufacture of High Load-weight Ratio Composite Wing Model

  • In accordance with the outline of the wing model given and in order to achieve high load-weight ratio of the wing, three layouts of wing structure are presented. One of them, the straight-beam layout, is determined after analysis of simulation of FEM and manufacture process. The forming process has been advanced, which is proved feasible and reasonable through the forming-quality verification and load test.
