Processing Technology Research on Deep drawing EB Tantalum Ribbon for Liquid Tantalum Capacitor Shell

  • Based on the research of forging, rolling and heat treatment process, this paper researchs the processing technology of liquid tantalum capacitor shell with EB tantalum ribbon. The mechanical properties, grain size and metallographic structure of the material were measured. The optimal technology finally determined was axial upsetting and radial stretching plus triaxial cyclic upsetting stretching of forging process, alternative rolling of blooming process and 950℃ × 90 min of heat treatment process. Materials prepared by this technology meet the performance requirements.
