Microstructure and Erosion Behavior of Arc Spraying NiTi/Cr3C2 Coat Added with Nano TiC Particles

  • Microstructure and property of high-velocity arc spraying NiTi/Cr3C2 coat added with nano-TiC particles is analyzed,and erosion-resistant ability of this kind of coat is investigated.The results of mechanical tests,EDS and XRD analysis、metallographic observation and SEM observation show that there are lots of dispersion particles in the matrix of the coat.The coat has a character of half-plastic erosive mechanism with a higher erosion-resistance than the coat without nano particles at both low and high impact angles.
