Determination of lmpurity Elements in Chromium-Nickel Alloy by ICP-OES

  • The inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer for the determination of seven impurity elements, manganese, titanium, phosphorus, copper, aluminium, silicon and iron in chrome-nickel alloy is discussed. The optimum determination parameters of the instrument are determined by experiments. The standard addition recovery of impurity elements determined by this method is 98.9% to 111.0% by matrix matching, and the RSD value is less than 1.09%. The accuracy and precision are good, which can meet the analysis requirements.
