  • Influence of heat treatment on wear resistantce of NiTi60 alloy was investigated throngh optical metallgraphic examination and microhardness examination.The result indicates that the microhardness of wear resistant NiTi60 alloy has obviously changed over different heat treatment.When treated at 800℃×30min /WQ+300℃×15min /WQ,the microhardness.reached the maximum.After solution heat treatment at 800℃,the fishbone crystals faded-away,linear crystals gradually increased and black mass point crystals gradually decreased with the rise of aging temperature,so the strengthen of the matrix stopped and the microhardness fell down.
