Abstract
Silane film was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by different volume ratios of vinyl trimethoxysilane (VTOS) and double-3- (triethoxysilyl) propane four silicon sulfide (BTESPT) solution, and the anodic polarization curves and EIS curves of different silane films were compared and analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of Q235 steel base material is ferrite and pearlite; that the corrosion potential of silane films on the surface modified by VTOS of different ratios has undergone a positive move, and the corrosion potential of Q235 + 6% VTOS silane film is the most positive; that the silane film modified by BTESPT has better corrosion resistance than the silane film prepared by VTOS, which can protect the Q235 steel substrate better.
