Effect of Leveling Process on Properties of RRR300 Superconducting Niobium Plate

  • The effects of leveling process on the transverse and longitudinal mechanical properties of RRR 300 superconducting niobium plate were studied.Resultsshowed that with the decreasing of kun seam, the leveling times increased, so did the yield strength and hardness. After leveling, the overall metallographic structure of the plate had no obvious change, but the grain state of the surface layer had a tendency to change.
