Abstract
In order to get the low-cost SiC ceramic matrix, silicon powder and phenolic resins are adopted to fabricate Cf/SiC unidirectional laminate by impregnation-hot pressing-pyrolysis sintering. The effect of process parameter on the performance is investigated. The maximum flexure strength and fracture toughness of the fabricated Cf/SiC unidirectional laminate reach 456.8MPa and 7.94 MPa·m1/2 respectively.
