Abstract
Continuous cooling transformation diagram of 370 MPa 10CrNiCu casting was developed based on Gleeble thermal/mechanical simulation test,and the analysis results of microstructure and hardness.Resultsshow that the cooling rate within a certani wide range can contribute to the appearance of granular boinite,and the granular bainite can hardly be removed by heat treatment. The variation of hardness at cooling rates can be well described by Boltzmann function.
