The relationship between loose specific weight and welding usability was illustrated, the root cause of high loose specific weight of sintered flux was analyzed, three key influencing factors on the loose specific weight of the sintered flux including production procedure, sintered flux granularity and flux porosity were pointed out, and solutions for high loose specific weight of the sintered flux were proposed.
