  • The feature and application of Ti-Al3Ti laminate composite are introduced. Based on the investigation of interfacial reaction of Ti-Al system, several preparation technologies for Ti-Al and Ti-Al3Ti laminate composites are summarized. The preparation technology of Ti-Al3Ti laminate composite with explosive welding is emphasized. The mechanism of nucleation and growth of phase Al3Ti is analyzed. The development trend of Ti-Al3Ti laminate composite is prospected.
